At Ooraya, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural and sustainable materials. Since all are products are handmade a slight variation of color, alike products shape and texture is natural and not a defect.

For Return or exchange, we request you to take a video of unpackaging of the product.

For Return

- Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect product delivery.

- Requests must be raised within 48hours of delivery with supporting video and photos.

-Items must be unused and in original packaging.

For Exchange

-Exchange is subject to product availability.

-If the product is unavailable a store credit or refund will be initiated within 10 working days.

Refund

- Once approved, refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
